A MESSAGE FROM BOBBESince training camp and pre-season seems to be going VERY WELL for our Redskins, it's time for all fans to get ready too ! Here's what you need to do ---- WRITE down all game dates DIG our your "team gear" PRACTICE "victory song" daily and various drum beats JUMP up and down simulating getting up and down at your table during each exciting play WAVE your arm furiously in the air making sure your finger is making a "We're #1"sign RUN down to your nearest sports store and purchase an item for our raffle BREATHE deeply and BITE your tongue since we know there will be some moments of frustration PAT yourself several times on the back for being the greatest fans and prepare to SHOUT .... HAIL TO THE REDSKINS all season NFL 2008 SEASON OPENER pits our Redskins against the Giants on Thursday, Sept. 4th at 7 p.m. This will be the first of our many gatherings at the Dog House for this season and we hope to have a big turnout for this and every game. Our first HOME game will be played on Sunday, Sept. 14th at 1 p.m. and we will have some PRE-GAME MUNCHIES for your enjoyment. Arrive early to get your table and to join in the camaraderie. Our annual TAILGATE PARTY will be Sunday, Sept. 28th with lots of burgers, hot dogs, salads and the works. Lunch will begin at 3:30 p.m. -- Kickoff is 4:15 p.m. Please plan to attend !! Our website offers information on our club and our team so please continue to "click on" frequently. Take a minute to post a comment in our guestbook and please submit any pictures of club/team activities. Remember, our weekly newsletter is posted here too. Once again we ask everyone to donate items to our weekly raffles -- proceeds of which enable the Club to host our parties and to offer Club Shirts at home games. This season you will receive a FREE raffle ticket each time you donate.
